Lab Prototyping & Client Approval
Our R&D team blends the exact ink formulation and assembles pre-production samples. We conduct accelerated aging tests to verify cap seal integrity—preventing ink evaporation is paramount. Samples are shipped to you for hands-on evaluation and sign-off.
Safety & Environmental Compliance
Parallel to prototyping, we submit materials for third-party lab testing. Depending on your destination market, we secure EN71-3 (EU), ASTM F963 / CPC (US), or other region-specific certifications. All reports are compiled into a compliance dossier for your records.
Controlled Mass Production
Production orders are issued with detailed work instructions. Quality control gates are placed at injection molding, nib assembly, ink filling, capping, and final inspection. We verify ink flow consistency, color accuracy, cap torque, and cosmetic appearance at every batch.
